MENTAL STRENGTH IN NATURE – MINDFULNESS FOR FOCUS AND RECOVERY

Take a break from impressions and musts. During this quiet activity, we move the conference's focus out into nature and let mindfulness help the body and mind land. Through guided exercises, we practice presence, breathing, and creating mental clarity – something that both strengthens focus and provides recovery.

Participants take with them practical tools that can be used in both work and private life to reduce stress, increase concentration, and create sustainable energy in daily life. A calm, inclusive experience that truly does good.
