Cancellation terms

BOOKING, CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT

The booking is binding once you have confirmed the booking during the booking call or when the booking confirmation/booking number has been received. When booking online, the full amount is reserved at the time of booking. Invoicing for stays is only done to companies and an invoice basis must be provided to us before arrival. Otherwise, payment is made upon arrival.

CANCELLATION PRIVATE BOOKING

We hold the reservation until 8:00 PM. After this, we reserve the right to reclaim the room. In the event of cancellation, this must be done no later than 4:00 PM the day before arrival. If not, we have the right to charge for the missed overnight stay. The above applies to parties of up to 10 people. For bookings of more than 10 guests, group booking terms apply (see below)

More than 10 people:

Free cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival. After that, 75% of the cost is charged. Cancellation later than 14 days before arrival is charged the full cost.

For groups, more than 50 people:
