Welcome to Aspenäs Manor
For over 200 years, Aspenäs Herrgård has been a natural meeting place in Lerum. With its beautifully situated location by Lake Aspen, just 20 minutes from Gothenburg, we offer a unique combination of historic manor house environment, modern facilities, and personal hospitality.
There are nearly 100 hotel rooms, including 21 newly built rooms and suites, 16 meeting and conference rooms, a newly renovated restaurant with fantastic lake views, and beautiful settings for weddings, celebrations, and relaxing stays. Whether you visit us for a conference, a hotel weekend, dinner, or a celebration, everything is gathered in one place.
Summer 2026 marks the next step in our development as Aspenäs Spa & Retreat opens. With three saunas, foot baths, and serene environments by the lake, a new destination for recovery and well-being is created in Lerum.
At Aspenäs Herrgård, history and present, work and rest, everyday life and celebration meet. Here you can enjoy good food, sleep well, relax and create memories, all with nature and Lake Aspen as your closest neighbor.
