Weekend yoga with breakfast buffet

The weekend is for relaxing, focusing on yourself and disconnecting from the stressful everyday life. We at Aspenäs manor understand this and therefore want to welcome you here for Sunday yoga!

Start Saturday or Sunday in the best way with yoga and hotel breakfast!

We invite you to 60 minutes of yoga together with yoga instructor Beatrice Otterberg and bring the body to life with gentle and strengthening exercises. The yoga ends with relaxing positions that make your body soft and mobile. After the yoga, you are welcome to a wonderfully prepared breakfast buffet in the manor's restaurant.

No previous knowledge required! We recommend comfortable clothes and your own exercise mat. Come as you are, go home a little more mobile!

Training weekends with Outdoor Wellness

Outdoor training with Beatrice Otterberg from Outdoor Wellness. Beatrice invites you to joyful and fun training where everyone can participate regardless of level and background. Pack your training bag and come!

  • 13.30pm: Bootcamp pulse: Fun and sweaty session! Suitable for both trained and untrained. (outside)
    15.00: Bootcamp strength: We focus on strength using body weight and equipment. Suitable for both trained and untrained (outdoors or indoors)
  • After training, you can relax in a sauna or in front of the fire in the library with a coffee or drink.

3 course dinner

  • 08.30 Yoga YangYin: We start the class with a focus on getting heat and energy in the body, strengthening our muscles and challenging balance. The second part we focus on the connective tissue, joints and breathing (indoors)
  • Manor breakfast
  • Departure

After training, you can relax in a sauna or in front of the fire in the library with a coffee or drink.
