With us, you stay in cozy farmhouses located a stone's throw from the manor house. In the manor house building, you'll find the reception, restaurant, bar, lounge, and library to socialize and experience the historic atmosphere of a over 200-year-old manor house!

When you arrive at the Manor after your day trip, your room is ready for check-in. Take a moment to rest in the room, relax by the open fireplace in our social rooms, or order refreshments from the Manor Bar. During your stay, you also have free access to the billiard room, sauna, and gym.

In the evening, a 2-course supper is served in the manor house restaurant, with a beautiful view of Aspen. Our kitchen chooses ingredients according to the season and preferably locally produced and organic.

After recharging your batteries with sleep and a good breakfast in our manor house restaurant, it's time to continue the hike again. Before the hike, you can pack your own picnic lunch with sandwiches, juice, and fruit, and refill your thermos with good coffee. So you have a lovely picnic lunch to look forward to along the trail.

About Gotaleden

Gotaleden is a city-near hiking trail that is divided into nine stages, covering a total of 71 kilometers.

Aspenäs Herrgård, located just outside Lerum, is a perfect stop when you hike Gotaleden's fourth stage from Jonsered to Lerum, 10 km, or the fifth stage between Floda and Lerum, 8.5 km.

The proximity to train stations along the different stages makes it easy to adapt the hike to your liking. The nature along the trail is varied and beautiful, with bathing-friendly lakes, fantastic viewpoints, and rolling landscapes.
