Taking yoga out on the water is a wonderful experience, and you don't need to have previous experience with yoga or SUP to participate. We practice yoga at a calm pace and mix standing and seated positions, you always have alternatives and can adapt based on your conditions. SUP yoga is a fun way to challenge your balance and strength, and above all, it's a lovely moment close to nature. Number of participants: 2-40 people.
Price: 595 SEK/person (minimum: 3600 SEK) Instructor, wetsuit, and shoes are included. Duration: 1-2 hours
