BOOKING TERMS
ORDER, CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT
The booking is binding in that you have confirmed the booking at the booking call or that the booking confirmation / booking number has been received. When booking online, the full amount is reserved at the time of booking. Invoicing of stays is only done to companies and an invoice documentation must be received by us before arrival. Otherwise payment is due on arrival.
CANCELLATION Private booking
We hold the reservation until 20.00:16. After this, we reserve the right to reclaim the room. In the event of a cancellation, this must be done no later than 00:XNUMX the day before arrival, if this is not done we have the right to charge the missed overnight stay. The above applies to parties of up to 10 people. For bookings for more than 10 guests, group booking conditions apply (see below)
11 - 20 people:
Free cancellation up to 10 days before arrival. Thereafter, 50% of the cost is charged. Cancellation later than 5 days before arrival will be charged the full cost.
More than 21 people:
Free cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival. Thereafter, 50% of the cost is charged. Cancellation later than 14 days before arrival will be charged the full cost.
